Freeze Bowl The freeze bowl generally requires 16 to 24 hours of freezing time. To check if it's completely frozen, simply shake the bowl - if you don't hear the liquid moving, the cooling liquid has successfully frozen. Remember, your freezer should be set to 0°F to ensure proper freezing of all foods.
Dasher If the dasher unit is completely frozen and won't move due to prolonged churning, turn off the power and wait for the ice cream liquid to melt.
Drive Assembly Place the drive assembly on the mixer, turn it on, and mix for 20-30 minutes.
